HUD/FHA Direct Endorsement Training Seminar
A one-day seminar designed for those who want an advanced underwriting knowledge of FHA Direct Endorsement. We willplace enphasis on the Credit Handbook 4155.1, Rev-5; Property Handbooks 4150.1, and Appendix D, 4151.1, 4905.1; and the DE Handbook itself 4004.4 The focus is an overview of Direct Endorsement, Condominiums, Existing & Proposed Construction, Manufactured Homes, Reverse Equity Mortgages, Mortgage Credit and Case Scenarios. Participants receive the Direct Endorsement Guide.
